Frequently asked.

We recommend booking at least two to three days in advance to secure your preferred date and time. Same-day or next-day shoots are sometimes possible depending on availability. For rush bookings, message us directly before submitting the form.

You will receive a confirmation email within a few hours during business hours. We then lock in your shoot date, send you a short pre-shoot checklist to prepare the property, and arrive on the agreed date and time.

Not necessarily. As long as our photographer has clear access to the property, we can complete the shoot without you present. Many agents prefer to leave a lockbox or key handover and let us work independently.

The property should be tidy and presentation-ready. Beds made, surfaces clear, blinds open, lights on, and personal items minimised. We will send a detailed pre-shoot checklist after booking to help you prepare every room.

Interior photography is unaffected by weather. For exterior and drone work, we monitor conditions and may suggest rescheduling if heavy rain or strong winds will impact image quality. Rescheduling for weather is always free.

You receive a private online gallery link via email. From there you can download all images in full resolution. Galleries remain accessible for ninety days after delivery.

Yes. Shoots beyond the 20km radius from Perth CBD are available at an agreed travel rate. Get in touch with the property address and we will provide a quote before confirming the booking.

Minor edit requests within five days of delivery are included at no extra cost. Major reshoots or substantial new edits may incur a fee. We aim for first-time perfection, so reshoots are very rare.
