Everything Perth agents, vendors, and property managers need to know before booking a professional shoot.
-
At Pose and Print Commercial, pricing depends on the size and type of property. A standard residential shoot typically includes 20 to 30 fully edited images and is priced competitively for the Perth market. Packages that include drone photography, twilight shots, or floor plans are also available. We recommend contacting us directly for a tailored quote, as every property is different. Investing in professional photography is consistently shown to result in faster sales and stronger buyer interest, making it one of the highest-return decisions in any property marketing campaign.
-
Most residential properties take between one and two hours on site. Smaller apartments or units can be completed in under an hour, while larger homes or luxury properties with extensive grounds may take two to three hours. The time varies depending on the number of rooms, whether drone photography is included, and how prepared the property is when we arrive. Having the property clean, staged, and ready before we get there is the single most effective way to keep the shoot efficient and the results exceptional.
-
Preparation makes a significant difference to the quality of your final images. Before your shoot, ensure the property is clean and decluttered throughout. Remove personal items from benchtops and bathrooms, make all beds, hide bins and hoses, mow lawns and clear paths, and park cars away from the front of the property. Turn on all interior lights and replace any blown globes. Open blinds and curtains to let in natural light. If the property is vacant, consider hiring a stylist to stage key rooms.
-
At Pose and Print Commercial, we deliver fully edited images within 24 to 48 hours of the shoot. For urgent listings, please let us know at the time of booking. All images are professionally retouched, including colour correction, exposure balancing, lens distortion removal, and sky replacement where appropriate. Images are delivered via a download link in both web-optimised and high-resolution formats.

Yes. Pose and Print Commercial offers licensed drone photography and videography as an add-on to any real estate package. Our operator holds the required Remote Pilot Licence (RePL) and operates in compliance with CASA regulations. Aerial photography is particularly valuable for properties with large land size, water views, corner blocks, or proximity to key landmarks. Drone flights are subject to airspace restrictions, weather conditions, and local council regulations. We will assess the property address prior to confirming availability.
-
The ideal time depends on the orientation of the property. North and east-facing homes photograph best in the morning, while west-facing properties look better in the afternoon. For twilight photography, we schedule the shoot to begin approximately 20 minutes before sunset, producing warm interior glows against a deep blue sky. This style significantly increases engagement on realestate.com.au and Domain. We will advise you on the optimal shoot time once we know the property address.
-
You do not need to be present, though you are welcome to attend. We are experienced in collecting keys from agency offices, working with lockboxes, or coordinating access with tenants and owners. If the property is tenanted, please ensure the tenant has been given adequate notice and that the property is as prepared as possible before our arrival.

Pose and Print Commercial retains copyright of all images as is standard practice in the photography industry. Upon payment, the client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the photographs for the marketing and promotion of the specific property. For real estate agents, this licence applies for the duration of the active listing. The images may not be transferred to a third party without written consent. Extended or commercial licensing is available on request.

Yes. However, empty rooms can be challenging to present compellingly. We recommend virtual styling or physical staging for key rooms such as the living area, master bedroom, and kitchen where possible. If the property will be photographed vacant, we focus on angles, light, and architectural detail to present the space as attractively as possible.

The overwhelming majority of property buyers begin their search online. Your listing photographs are the first impression, and in most cases, the deciding factor in whether a buyer clicks through or scrolls past. Professionally photographed properties consistently attract more enquiries, sell faster, and achieve stronger prices than those marketed with amateur images. At Pose and Print Commercial, we treat every property as a premium listing, regardless of price point.
-
Yes. Pose and Print Commercial services all suburbs across the Perth metropolitan area, from the northern corridor through to the southern suburbs and the eastern foothills. For properties located beyond the metro area, a travel fee may apply. Please contact us with the property address and we will confirm coverage and any applicable travel costs at the time of quoting.
